Hulls, nacelle, deck, and roof obtained by layering composite parts on a female mold using the vacuum infusion process.

Integral sandwich for the live and dead works, with a core of high-density PVC foam (80 kg/m3) and multi-axial glass fabrics. The sandwich provides good thermal and acoustic insulation.

Structural partitions: sandwich by infusion.
The connections between hulls - partitions - deck are layered for optimal rigidity.
